The time and care that has gone into colouring Shadow is amazing. It takes an artist of the likes of Picasso or Leonardo Davinci to pull of such a feat. Also the actual logo with the '3' is simply mind blowing.

I'ts an ok template but....
1. the logo is not clear
2. the esrb is too high
3. sega logo is too small
4. shadow's color looks horrible
there are others but those are some of the things that you can fix to try and make it look better.

#5, that's exactly why its bad. there's no originallity but a recolored shadow, which isn't even well done to begin with.
