ok, im not that blunt or mean, but really, the characters AND the title AND the dev logos are poorly cut out, and just because they are doesn't mean you have to go back and cut them again, just get a picture that fits the other pictures (if you have cartoon pictures, get a cartoon background) and it will be almost problem solved, secondly, the sega logo should be filled with white, not clear, the little box that says 'ntsc' should be bigger/longer, and try putting some effects around the characters to try and save it from being too dull. That's about it, if you fix it and I happen to see that you fix it, I'll re-rate it, but for now, just work on that. thanks :)
EDIT: sorry, another thing. If a character is positioned standing, then have him stand on something. Oh, and also if you have simple pictures and a complex background it draws away from the pictures and throws the whole box off-balance. Ok, I think that's all my tips. Good luck!!
