OK.... welcome to the site then...

The template is blue, shouldnt be
There is no background
the logo is too plain
there are just 3 pictures there
the ESRB should be a bit bigger
and the EA Sports logo isnt cut out, blurry, and is too small

Use Paint. NET (link)

Get Material from here (link) or from the Forums

Heres some advice
Add a background
Cut out the peoples
Cut out the developer logos
Use something other than Paint
Cut out the logo.
Take this advice and you'll be almost as good as Ranmaku

Well, it sucks.. not because of anything they have said.. because it has NO.. MANCHESTER UNITED players in it ;).. add Ronaldo.. Giggs.. Rooney and your on for a winner there ;) Search fifa on the search box and see how some people have presented it ;) Take mine for example

#4 I downloaded paint.NET but whenever I try to go on it it puts some winzip rubbish on. At the box pretty much what other people are saying. Good luck with future makes.
