No game has a big black square where the copy right is. Maybe you should have made the white black so it looks like its apart of the image. Or make the copy right background color white... Look at some of your 360 games and you will see what i mean.
This is a nice boxart, it looks nice and clean.
I gotta agree with TrevOwnz though; instead of having it just plain black (on the back) try deleting the black from the template and add it as a new layer. Then make the layer a bit transparent
