Well A DS needs to be protected, and there is a "game" boxart in this box too....which I didn't want to make. and an adaptor, 3 stylusses. And booklets. So I think the storage room of this box makes sense ;)!

#8, a regular DS bundle box could contain all that stuff. Unless you have two consoles, three games and a whole bunch of adaptors, booklets and stuff i don't think it needs to be this long.

Yeah, the long box kinda put me off too. Also, in full view, you can see that the edges don't line up at the corners. Still, very nice design!
