Yes it's very nice. But even though that german dev logo is BIG-ASS in real life, I think you should make it smaller here so we can see the rest of your box better. :)

#7, "unconstitutional"? guess you mean the opposite, cause the new rating is a new law and "unconstitutional" is kinda against the law (if I am not mistaken).
Besides: The package-designers are not that dumb and know their work, meaning they will be able to place something on the package while making sure that rating is not hiding anything!
Oh and that rating is indeed way to big. The new ones sure are big, but not that much! (Example of new and old: link

#8, no I don't mean the opposite. German "Grundgesetz" (constitution) says that it is forbidden to narrow artistic creation space.

#9, you are no designer, right? if you are working as media designer you are NO artist and have to follow some rules. besides, as mentioned, if you would be a designer you could work with the space you got! and the proportions of the new "rating" are still way to big - "DRAMAtisation" is the word!
kein designer was? fakt: als mediendesigner (darunter fällt package-design) bist du an so einige pflichten gebunden. und ein mediendesigner ist kein künstler. und, wie schon erwähnt, du solltest als vernünftiger designer fähig sein mit dem gegebenen platz etwas anfangen zu können. die ersten boxen in den läden sehen ja wohl auch nur deshalb blöd aus weil man die neuen ratings beim design der box noch nicht hatte und die jetzt eben nachträglich eingefügt wurden. schon mal daran gedacht?
die proportionen sind und bleiben ohnehin falsch und das alles schreit nach "DRAMAtisation" was du hier ablieferst. Ja, sie sind jetzt groß, aber das was du hier abfeuerst ist lächerlich, weil es nicht den Tatsachen enspricht.
