The template is blurry, if you save in PNG the quality will be better. I like the pictures you are using, on the back I would choose a different font color that doesn't blend in with the back very much. As of now I would give it a 6/10.

I think you had a good idea for the front, though it needs a bit more work 5/10

#2, what font colour would you suggest because i tried white and you can even see that

#4 try a black with a white outer glow that always works for me ^_^ about 5/10
#6+7 I'm not sure for photoshop, uhh, look in the tips and tutorial forums there should be some idea in there
