Well, its not HORRIBLE, but here are ways you could improve it: Use actual Xbox 360 box dimensions (width x 1.418 = height, height x .705 = width). When you add a box, if it is a satire, then add it under humor, not unofficial. The dev logos (rated M, Infinity Ward, Activision) should be the proper size, and your main logo could use some improvement (try adding a drop shadow or outer glow to the Call of Duty part, and try making the Revenge of the Cats more appealing).
Those are my suggestions, you can use them if you want.
Otherwise, you actually have a concept, it's just not THAT funny and the box could use some improvement in the details.
