I know I didnt get off on a very good start... im not happy with what i've been working on so i decided to start over with this
I put lots of time into it

and whoever posted the game logo in the simple needs place... i cant remember who though =/
Pretty cool for a first. I say first, since your first box didn't seem to have a lot of effort in it. I would suggest a glow behind the logo, but other than that I don't see any problems.
Welcome to this site, this is a very good starters boxart. I agree with Koopa, a little glow behind the logo makes the logo stand out more. BTW I think you have a similiar style like Vengeance on this site.
