#2, How do I fix it?

#3, well, first of all, the BG isn't really that great, and the template is horrid, i suggest templates made by ADFD or Sens. Second, if you want the player to look like he's not standing on the field, make the render bigger (resizing) and make sure people won't be able to see anything below his knees. also, ceneter the official logo. It'll look much better then. :)
