#1, Is the 8-bit sprite you're referring to the one in the upper screenshot? Haha, cause that's actually a part of the game!

Something looks a bit faded from all the characters on the front, but I really like that for some reason. I just wished the logo didn't have such a huge stroke and that on the back, everything below the main text was moved up to fill in that lil gap.

Great job!!

EDIT : Never mind. Just realized the stroke along with the shadow's supposed to make it look like its paper.

It's a very nice design, but on the front, behind Bowser, you can very clearly see a purple aroma where Count Bleck was, along with his staff and the Dark Prognosticus, while Count Bleck is in the upper-right corner of the box. I'll fav it, if you fix that flaw.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, you can also see Mario's shoe right behind, well, Mario.

I really wish this wasn't Japanese. One of my favorite Wii games, been wanting to make a Paper Mario box...oh. I should get to work on that one box...oops.
