the quality is not good. and the lens flare is getting over the template.. the master chief is good.. and the logo's are on different heights.. and the black block down the page.. but he background and the master chief are nice.

Master is bad, effects is bad, logo is bad, lens flare is bad, logos are bad, some black and white stripes on the top and botton of the box are bad too, quality is bad, jpeg compression is bad. I can see only one good thing - Mature logo. I can't named it an attempt to be creative. I think author should practice more, cos his skills is not on the level to make boxes or to post them here.

It isn't a good box. However you can improve in many ways:
1) Try to ensure the quality of the box remains intact while posting.
2) Make bigger boxes, preferably 500+ pixels in height so that you can make stuff out.
3) Always cut the logos out. If you can't, I'd suggest practise it as it'll help in the future. You could also use the logos from the forums, some of which are already cut out. Remember to "save picture as" them not copy them to your graphics program, so that you have a transparent Background.
4)Use a template from the forums.
5) Try adding your own elements to the box
For now focus on this. Don't worry about back covers ATM (since its harder to make them), since you need to perfect how to make front covers.
