i made this one purely out of paint shop pro. it took me FOREVER to make this one. only because i lost the file the first time around. hope you guys like this cuz this was hard work for me.
Yeah if you had CS3 doing that would only take about 15 secs.. You should really think about upgrading before you post another one and should have shown it in the forums first as a wip so people would help you!

Get Corel Paint Shop Pro X, thats what i use.

I use Adobe Photoshop basic because IÂ’m Poor for an upgrade.
I use Paint Shop pro sometimes, it isnÂ’t half bad so do blame the programme blame the abuser of it.
