#3: According to the Instruction booklet for SMB3, on page 24 (I know this because I have the book in front of me) it states "Super Leaf - Changes Mario into Racoon Mario." And yeah, funny enough, they spelled it with 1 "c". They do that throughout the entire manual.
Along with the other items listed on page 24, is of course the Tanooki suit, which is different graphically from the Super Leaf as it changes Mario's suit into a full body suit; along with that, the ability to turn into a statue to avoid enemies. This is in reference to the Japanese Raccoon Dog... which is part of the historical culture of Japan.
So, to be brief, the image is indeed Raccoon Mario. None of this however improves the quality of the submission.

Bad quality, 'The raccoon... its back' is boring, SMB3 logo is choppy, and the black and white 'floor' is stupid.

#2,the black and white floor is from the original super mario bros 3 box,and if I wouldn´t put the floor and the phrase the box will be VERY empty

I think the phase should say, "The racoon... IS back". Sounds better.
And #6 is right, it would look great if it was executed better.
