i love the background. very creative.
the car looks a little out of place however, as if its flying...
also, the box looks a little stretched.

Yeah, it is stretched, and the car does look like it's flying. I think, for the logo, you need to put the word 'Tournament' underneath 'PGR' and then center it a bit.
