After making my Sonic Adventure (link) box for the Midas' Touch competition it went a bit silent with me making boxes. School's a bit busy and I'm a editor on a Dutch website now, so you guys should understand... Anyhow, since the remakes of Gold and Silver were announced yesterday I thought I ha to make it this... Well, no, I'm just kidding. I was working on this box yesterday and then the announcement popped up! Ah, irony. Oh well, I made the back today.
This box is a bit experimental (mainly because of its seize) because it's bit cartoony, but I tried to do something new with the Pokemon boxes. It looks a bit plain, but trust me, this was hard to make. I will replace the screenshots and logo as soon as we have some good version of those.
I' actually very happy with this one. I used Google's image search engine and searched for cliparts etc. It's mainly made of those things! And I'm the first one making the remake boxes!
Pretty cool. I like that even though it's cartoony because it's different from slapping official art onto the cover and that's that really. The back is especially wicked, the front is missing something but I can't really say just what atm.
And also I was wondering how long it'd be till someone updates / uploads some Heart Gold and Soul Silver box arts today! xD
