#12, Yea I didn't cut out the boards on the bus to the fullest really and they ended up looking more squares then boards.
If any of you can't tell I tried blending the screens onto the boards, it's kinda hard to see but meh, I tried.
Also: find the two hidden easter eggs on the back =P

As for the effects, it's a big mash up of poster edges, cutout, halftone patterns, a little film grain, and a bunch of blending modes. I think there's one more I'm forgetting but I can't remember >_<
