Right ... well not going to go into detail here but it is too plain. The background needs jazzing up. The main picture isn't bad but needs centering. The rest of the small pictures really have no purpose the way they are. The left of the boxart (the actual template) hasn't been cut right and still have some white left on it. Finally the font is too small and the logo is too small. Try to use the blend tool on images to make it more lively and for the background do something simple like render clouds?

I see you used Paint and placed random sprites around the image and placed a Groudon picture behind some sort of Radar type bars.

Plain, boring but if it's you're first, keep trying please.
