First off there is only one Master Chief, so it looks weird with the extra master Chief. The likely hoods of this game happening are un likely, at least on the 360. I also must say it looks not that bad, the biggest issue I see is the background bleeds out of the temp. as does the fire. Also the ersb is too close to the side. But this is your best box yet!

we don't know the storyline of halo 4, so what if there was somehow a cyborg copy made of master chief? I dunno... I've only ever played Halo 3. I remember not remembering the whole story of all the games, so I was confused about what was entirely going on.
Anyhow, about the box...
the main mc is still somewhat in his other background. not entirely noticable for me at first. secondly, I'd take the white glow off of the bungie logo and get a less bit-like microsoft logo. also, I might add a black glow to the bungie logo. truthfully, it might make it also stand out. Overall, I'll give it a 3.5/5
my reason is that it is sort of attractive and there are only 3 downs for me. pretty good job!

I moved the rating logo over and I put a Brute in place of the Master Chief inside the logo.

Pretty nice flow to the whole thing, but that brute just kinda looks like hes floating. A good 4th box though
