While the back is a bit sparse, this certainly is different!. Loving that cover, the whole calender angle really gets my attention...and i don't even like NFL! To grab someones attention to a subject that they don't like, well, thats fav worthy. Like to see a bit more to the back though.
I love the creativity, Its very different. The only thing that isn't much different, is the official artwork. I took a bunch of football players and placed them all together, otherwise this uses the official cover art. The back like Reza said could use some more text. It needs a presentation too, the box isn't as good if you don't have a presentation. Then, for the spine, there is some lines and dots sticking out of the temp.
None of it, I would completely re do it. It's a calendar on the official cover. very dry idea. I see what you tried to do with the back but it wasn't executed good.
Ok, well, this is why I don't usually make sports boxes, I don't like sports, but the theme of this round of the comp was sports, so I had to. I wasn't very motivated to make this, and I just wanted to get it done. My next box that I get to choose what I make will be better.

Anyway, I like the originallity, its something different, but it comes off as a bit bland.
Also, I have no idea why Sports were chosen as the theme, as thats not original at all.
