It's your first box yes, so that means you can only get better. but as it is, this is quite bad. I do like however that you gave making an entire box, including a presentation, a try.
Some things I'd look into is getting a good Graphics Program, like Paint.NET, or GIMP for Windows, or Pixelmator or Compositor for Mac. Those have tons more features than your standard Paint program.
Overall I see effort, but as it's your first it's very low quality. The logo isn't too clean cut, and the composition (render placement, background choices) is a bit lacking. You've got a good idea though, so work at it. If you need any help, check out the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of VGBA or send me a PM. :]
nice box but i wish people were nice like that when i made my first box now almost half everybody on this cite are stuck ups and complete douche bags i didnt say every body is just alot are
