#1, Not too appealing to me (Don't get me wrong, I love Bleach). The logo should be larger and you should have more than just Ichigo's mask like that. Try to make it something dynamic and interesting. Also, call it something other than Bleach: The Game. Give it a cool subtitle like the movies and the pre-existing games. Also, you need a developer/publisher logo. I know that SEGA publishes the games.
Not horrible for a first, but you need to work on trying to make it more interesting.
#4, Please read this statement, it's at the bottom of every box's page.
"You must make an effort to spell correctly and use proper grammar. If you can't be bothered to post coherently and spell out "you" instead of "u" (as an example), don't bother posting at all."
Also, I don't think they could improve by looking at your work. Sorry, but your boxes also seem really uninspired in my opinion and you have a lot to improve on before you should try to help someone else improve.
