The Logo is just some typography, the Sonic render is blurry, Sonic's shadow is covering Amy's towel, Tails looks weird, out of place, and stretched, the background and Sega logo look stretched too, the ESRB is choppy and too far down, and you should never mix 2D and Real Life backgrounds.
Overall, 4.5/10, thank you for putting some effort =D

It's pretty good.
The only problem I see with it is that Sonic is blurry.

And this is just bad. Blurry sonic, 100% opacity shadow, Real life Bg, Streched SEGA, Logo is just finded somewhere on photobucket or something like that, with some bad text, Blurry .jpg BG, And boring.
