K, I'm gonna help you out:
1. Mario is horribly cut out, in fact he is not really cut out at all.
2. The backgound is blurry, stretched, and awful on both the back and front.
3. The ninntendo logo has been mutilated.
4. Template is bad - get a new one.
5. Logo is poorly cut out and the bland text below it is pointless.
6. The back description has terrible grammer and is boring and bland.
7. Screenshots are randomly placed around with no borders.
8. ESRB is blurry.
9. Too much extra white space.
#2, You missplled grammar while insulting someone's grammar. Nice :P
Anyways, this in terrible in every way. Why do you keep posting these? If you realize they are bad, don't post them. "I dont know how to use paint.net. It is hard" is no excuse.
The front would look awesome if the images were sized properly and if it wasn't so choppy. Choose a better background for the back and make the images stand out more. You have great ideas though. Do you use MSPaint? If so, switch to Paint.net, that, GiMP, or more complicated software is the only possible way to make amazing boxes.
#3, The fact that he's uploaded multiple boxes shows that he wants to improve and isn't just trolling, THESE are the people we should be helping to get better, not insulting.
#13, I understand, however I don't think that he should post boxes like this just because he doesn't know how to use Paint.net or Gimp. I like that he is trying to learn, but why post these until he has learned how to use a good program???
I don't want to sound insulting, but I really think you could benefit from some constructive criticism.
Front:
-Generic blue text which is partially blocked by Mario's fist
-Mario and the Nintendo logo have bits of the white background around them
-The background is generic and not particularly interesting
Spine:
-Nonexistent. Try putting the logo on the spine to make it look more realistic
Back:
-The formatting of the screenshots is too linear and dull
-Almost no text to describe the game
-Poor grammar in the text (you don't need to capitalize the first letter of a word in every sentence)
-Uninspired wording; "Play A Bunch of Classic Mario Games And Watch Trailers Of New Games And Unlock Even More Classics" is a run-on sentence. Also, "bunch" is a very generic word; try something more along the lines of "plethora," as in, "play a plethora of classic Mario games!" Additionally, I don't understand why the player would want to watch trailers of new games when they can (and almost always do) watch trailers on the Internet. As for the feature of unlocking more classics, try doing what Sonic Mega Collection does on its cover (mention the number you start out with and say there are more to gradually uncover through gameplay); link
It's great that you want to improve, but keep in mind that it's not just about knowing how to use a graphics program; it's also about using common sense from a graphic design standpoint. So do not cover large chunks of text, use proper grammar, do not paste an image that still has bits of the original background in it, don't make the formatting too linear, etc.
#19, clearly you won't accept help, he just went out of his way to help you and to be kind and not only do you not listen, you pretty much just take it as an insult. It doesn't matter if you're new to the site, IT'S COMMON SENSE.
