Much smaller than I thought it would be. Anyway Please comment and tell me what to improve to make it a good box.

This is just a wallpaper with a few added renders that you faded. Not much effort. 1/5

Could use a lot of work. ESRB and developer logo's should be added, the image of Shepard is stretched, and Garrus and the Normandy look strange all alone and faded at the bottom.

If youre going with the official look, dev logo and ESRB have to be included.Also, you have to maintain the aspect ratio of the images used.
But the most important thing is that it shows no effort,its fine that its just a front, but even the front doesnt show it.Im not sure which program youre using but this can be done in photoshop in a few minutes,tops.A lot of box artists put in hours, if not days and it shows.
Its always good to create your own stuff not just use artwork from the game, so for this cover, you can look up some interesting futuristic effects tutorials, star-field creation tutorials etc.So, be creative.
If you need inspiration go through the Hall and Master works and compare the covers to the original ones to see how they differ, and go through the toplists to get an idea of the things people like most.
