#4, Or, you know, he could nto shutu p and say what ever the hell he wants to on your box because you posted this on a public place and he is intitled to freedom of speech and freedom of press.
#6, "Congress shall make no law respecting" Yeah, those first five words totally prove me wrong.
Why don't you learn to read and then counter argue my argument again.
#8, Lol. Freedom of speech doesn't exist on private websites (yes this is a private website owned by Reed, not a public website) where there is a policy on what can and can't be said. That said, what #2 said abides by this policy... but still has absolutely nothing to do with freedom of speech. I'm sure you'll learn about that fun stuff once you enroll in middle school though.
#9, Just because its a private website doesn't mean that he doesn't have the rights of an american citizen. As ana american you have the right to free speech, no matter where you are. Just because we're on privately owned land/1ebsites/whatever doesn't mean the constitution ceases to exist. Our rights go with us wherever we go and just because the governement can't tell you what to do with what you own doesn't mean that their laws do not abide to you.
So have fun learning that shit in middle school.
#10, You're completely wrong. Which is why I say again read the first five words. As long as an owner of a website isn't receiving government funding, then the rules on the website do not have to abide by the 1st amendment. Because Congress isn't making the 'laws' on the website, the website owner is. Not to mention that USA =/= the internet
#11, The first five words of the sentence indicate a seperation of church and state, it does not imply to the entire statement.
Furthermore, by your reasoning if I own a piece of land and I murder someone on it, the can't arrest me because the governements fundings are not extended to or used by myself. Silenceing ones freedom of speech is still against the law. The laws apply to everyone and everything, and just because the governement doesn't extend funds towards something doesn't mean their laws no longer apply.
"by your reasoning if I own a piece of land and I murder someone on it, the can't arrest me"
wut.
But really, you don't seem understand freedom of speech and where it does and does not apply. For example; you cannot protest inside of a Walmart because there is a store policy prohibiting customer's from doing that. Its not a policy established by Congress, but rather by Walmart themselves. You are allowed to protest in a public place without any fear of having the government tell you that you can't do that. The First Amendment was made to prevent government from censoring their citizens, and unfortunately getting banned from a website for saying things that do not abide by the policy isn't an act of government censorship. Comprende?
#13, No, you comprende here. Whether the owner of the site wants to moderate the comments of someone's actions on their property is another, to completely take away someones right to free speech is illegal. You might not be able protest in a walmart, but you sure as hell can speak your mind in a walmart. Protest is not equal to free speech and If I recall correctly protest is completely covered by a seperate ammendment to start with.
The first ammendment isn't just abotu censorship, it's about the rights of a citizen to speak their mind without fear. To say that just because the governement doesn't fund something means the first ammendment doesn't apply is absolute bullcrap. I can speak up as much as a goddamn want, and at most they can do here is moderate how I speak. I can still speak my mind as it is my god given right as an American citizen.
Furthermore you can't even understand my argument only proving how small-minded and wrong you are.
I'm not gonna keep bumping this box up with this retarded history lesson that you need to learn. If you want to continue this argument then pm me on the goddamn forums, stop bumping this piece of crap back up to the top of the list where it does not belong.
Nope, again you're wrong. The right to protest falls specifically under the right to peaceably assemble, which is established by the first amendment. One last time, say it with me. "Congress shall make no law...prohibiting...freedom of speech". Thats it. Thats what 'free speech' is. You cannot go into walmart and 'speak your mind' without getting kicked out if felt necessary by Walmart employees.
Though really I think I know what you're doing... link
Anyways, Supershadow.. apologies for going OT in your box. I'd probably give it a 5/10 considering its simply an image pasted underneath a template, doesn't seem like too much effort was put into it.
Don't worry, I think when we both get banned for spamming, that will finally prove my point that freedom of speech or 'speaking our minds' doesn't work here.
I was looking through MARVEL characters and foun Ghost Rider. He seemed pretty awesome, so I made a box of him.

Or you know, you could just give him some pointers on improvement instead of arguing like immature children.
