Not bad, the back has the look of an official PSP case. Except, it's missing the legal text, that would be placed above the barcode, ESRB, etc.
On the front, a few things. The silhouette is blurry, the logo could be raised up a bit, and the "limited edition" text looks like an afterthought and tacked on. A font more similar to the game logo's would be fitting.
#2, The silhouette has a glowy effect thingy going on. It's more noticable in full view. And the legal text being cut and such is because it's a limited edition, I gueessssssss... D:
Looks really nice, but i'd suggest removing the glow that you have around the front image, it does make it blurry. And as others said, the info at the bottom on the back is important for boxarts. If you can find it on a template, might be able to edit it onto your work here.
Persona 3 Portable!
I made this a limited edition because I don't know.

Really simple, as #2 said, the silhouette is blurry, and it's generic and plain.

I'll try to sort these issues out.

Overall, nicely done.

I don't know if it was intentional, but the "P3" has kind of a weird, wavy thing going on with it. Otherwise, a very pleasing design.

#6, That's how the official logo is. Anyway, thanks.
