Interesting idea. I would have gone with a more exciting background and I'm not too much of a fan of you colorizing Cole completely red.

#1, Should I just use the regular Cole render or color it something else?

#2, The regular would be best. And when you're resizing always make sure to have the proportion lock on or just hold shift. That will make it so your image doesn't get stretched.

Have the original cole render on the front and add a little more to the background like Stevencho stated, also I think the font used on the portable ops text could be better. Try using one of these. link
On the back I think the screenshots should be a lot smaller so there is more room for things such as a tagline and a render to make it more interesting.

I like the idea of having a PSP port of inFAMOUS, but I think you should fix up a few things here.
First off, I think you emphasized the evil side of the game far too much. Cole is read, the background is black and red, the screenshot descriptions use the word infamous, but not hero. You should probably distribute the sides of karma more evenly.
Keeping the background in mind, is it a bit boring, as stevencho said. I would have gone with something a bit more exciting, really lock the viewer's attention. Also, your image is a bit stretched.
Next, on the back, besides just screenshots and their descriptions perhaps a brief description of the game and a tagline should be added, to grasp attention.
Moving on, this one is kind of nitpicking, but, inFAMOUS was rated T wasn't it? You have M. Either way, that's a small detail.
Lastly, your logo is a bit thin. It needs a little something to make it stand out from the rest of the box.
Nice idea and nice start, can't wait to see how this progresses.

Welcome back. Right now the front could use a bit of something to spice it up.

Overall it looks nice but, there are just several little things that bug me.

First is the red text next to the screenshots. It looks bad and detracts away from the rest of the box. Second, the text in the ratings box on the back doesn't match in font or size. Thirdly, Cole's legs are seemingly cut off on the front. They should go full bleed to the edge of the "paper." Lastly it looks like you stuck the T rating on top of the M rating on the front, but some of the box to the M is still visible.

Like I said, overall it looks nice; it's just some small details that detract away from the rest of it.

#9, Alright i'll go fix the T rating and then i'll fix the Text on the rating in the back and the red text, but what do you mean about the bleeding off the paper?

#10, By bleed, I meant his legs should go to the edge of the box. As you have it now, there's a small gap between his legs and the edge of the background. It's a small gap, but it was big enough for me to notice it.
