The front looks okay-ish, though Knuckles looks plain out of place. The back is... bad. The text clashes with the background, the screenshots are badly resized and your choice of borders is questionable.

#1, Yea, not my best box I would say, my last good box was Super Mario Sunshine DS, and my BEST box out of all of them is Back To The Future For X-Box 360
