I'm guessing you're limited to Microsoft Office and MS Paint. I suggest getting a Free graphic software like Paint.net or Gimp. Oh and this isn't SO bad.

I used photoshop :) also i was wondering what programs people use to make the boxes that face diagonal so you see down the middle and everything
