Although, there are way to many DMC4 boxes (both great and a little less) l aways thought of making a box for this game.
I've played a lot around with the lightning on the fire beast, Nero's head and arm. I kept it really dark to make the colors stand out and to put some emphasis on the lighter parts.
Devil May Cry 4 Box Cover Comments
Comment on Bastart's Devil May Cry 4 Box Art / Cover.
It's kind of a let down that I can't just open the printable and look at it, without downloading it first. This looks very good, I also like that you used images from cutscenes instead of key art.

Thanks! The key art was overused in my opinion, so the only thing left to work with were images that haven't been used as much.

@Bastart That shit's hard, I'm the type of guy who waits a few months after a game gets artwork, because I know that if I try to hop on the train to early, my cover will be lost in the slew of unoriginal covers. I can be original when I can, but unoriginality is sometimes looked down upon here, which is totally understandable. I understand that when people see another cover for a game, they get tired of the same old formula, but sometimes that designer may not feel like putting in that extra effort to be original in his/her design choice.

@Throavium I Totally agree. The challenge for me is to combine different images such like ingame screenshots, cutscene stills and key artwork and make it as original as possible for myself.
I'm really glad to see that some people don't directly use key art of a game and slap it on the front of a box and add a title, but actually have been heavily edited or recreated by themself.
It's all about effort and originality in the end.

Thanks, it's kinda hard to be original if you look at all the DMC4 boxes.
