This is quite nice. However, the image on the front is stretched, and in return, low quality. This include the logo. The effect on the front represents Luigi's mansion well, but I think it shouldn't cover the 3DS logo as well. Needless to say, I liked the front, although it was missing a few key details such as the ESRB and the logo.

The back is okay, the renders of Luigi and King Boo are high quality, but the background is not. It's much better to shrink surrounding images than stretch the background. Same goes for the screenshots. The caption actually works in this situation, and it is of quality too. Now the short description works, but it is best to use a color that contrasts the background a bit so as to give you the ability to read the text. But it shouldn't contrast too much, as you don't want to give the viewer a headache. Also, font choice is something you should work on. While it does fit the "mansion" theme, it's really not the best choice, nor is Comic Sans.
And I commence you for trying on the back ESRB, I can remember some boxes were obvious copy-pastes from real ones. The font I use is Arial. The text shouldn't be directly on the side of the ESRB logo, just a few pixels to the right.

I know it sounds like a lot, but this box is actually quite good and has a lot of potential!
