It's very good for a first, but has some flaws.
1. "The Movie's Game" doesn't sound very good...
2. The "D3Publisher" logo is badly pasted.
3. The Teen logo is transparent.
4. It wouldn't probably be Teen, it would be more of an E10+.
But, very good for a first boxart, it is better than my first.

Try to use renders of the charachters and better fonts for the texts. Use photoshop and/or gimp, not paint. Nice idea, keep improving!
P.S.: Aww yeah, total drama, here in Italy the episodes are posted on youtube by our television!
