The cover really makes me think of the Unreal Tournament 3 cover... But seems to work well. Other then that only thing I can say is text on back seems to over power it a bit.

When I saw the thumbnail i thought it was inglorious basterds... the I read MGS4 and went like "whaaaaaaaaaaaaa...no waaay"

I totally forgot to fave this, an excellent idea and a very close to the inspiration you've got it from, especially the front layout. The only nitpick from my side would be, that the synopsis on the back, is written all in capitals (probably because, the font had not no undercase characters?)
