Not bad, but using grunge texture is a strange choice for Megaman.

Grunge is a weird choice, I agree, but I think it fits the design. I like it, especially the front.
The back seems a bit boring. Maybe less would be better in this case. Maybe just one Megaman on the back, bigger and no screens. But that's an artist choice.
