There really isn't an actual Mad Bull 34 game, but it would've been so cool if it had one. Mad Bull 34 is an infamous Anime and Manga series that came out in the Late 80's and Early 90's about 2 cops from New York that take on the most dangerous criminals. The series is mostly known for being incredibly violent.
*Note: 2 screenshots from the back actually comes from Taito's 'Crime City' with some minor edits that I made.
