It is too simple to be funny anyway.
The intent was for it to be funny, not super-awesome-amazing. I wouldn't consider it satire, since it's for a real game. I thought satire was generally reserved for joke games.
#8: Funny is in the eye of the beholder. I think Carlos Mencia is hilarious, but everyone else hates him. So it's really up to you if it's funny or not, but I LOL'ed.
