Well it's not hopeless. First, Fox should be standing on something. Also, you should move the ship and make it smaller, and it should probably be facing the other direction. You should also make it blend better with the background, maybe make it darker and change the colors a bit. The logo could also be a lot better and the subtitle is pretty boring. Oh, and you don't need that big of a background, trim it up a bit. This isn't a bad box, though.
