obviously i love the artwork, but the logo is kinda hard to see in a way, a darker stroke might help. also its great but the back doesnt seem very full.
#5, That's precisely the point, most Final Fantasy boxes' backs aren't full.
About the logo, it can be read fine so I don't think there's a problem there.

#6, yeah i'll give you that but it just seemed liek teh screenshot placement was odd. like the top left one could be brought down further, and the summary could be made a bit bigger, but its still good as it is right now i just can be picky.

#11, That's an effect of using a soft brush to smooth away any serious jaggies you could get from cutting it out from iMANDIX, which I needed.
About your lay-out niggles; you could say those things about the official Final Fantasy boxes too as far as I'm concerned.

save your final work as .png, them after the JPEG Compression, it will look better than this. But you can't now, cause it work won't on updating.
