Okay, so for starters, may I recommend you use the WIP forums and look at boxarts throughout this site for inspiration and an idea of what covers should look like. If all else fails, take a look at the games you own and their covers, do you think this could be an official cover?
Moving on though, I'll point out a positive note, you put the PEGI and the Red Barrels logos in correctly. However, on the back you have an ESRB logo. Make sure you're consistent with PEGI and ESRB.
The box: Your front and back are just stretched images or promotional art for the game. They should be more elaborate and consist of renders and backgrounds, various images, and logos and text. Does the front really capture this game with a single promotional art?
The back layout needs work. The screenshots are thrown throughout the cover negative space, but what about using a tagline, description, review, or other renders for that space?
