A lot of things are distorted, and I don't like the way the text was handled on the back. Which program are you using?

i use photoshop CS5.....apologies if images are distorted

Just a tip if you're using Photoshop while resizing images, press Ctrl+T to enter editing mode, then click on the corner while holding Shift to keep proportions right. Hope it helps :) Sonic <3
