Hey!
So here's my new cover.
I'm working on a few SMG covers at the minute, and this is the first one that I've completed.
It's made entirely out of custom art, although the characters are just copied from the renders.
Some guys in BYTD group might have already seen this, but I only just finished it now.

IMO the minimalism adds nothing to this, I actually think that it would look nicer with the official 3d artwork instead.

I have to agree with spypilot on this one- It's an alright layout but the minimalism just doesn't feel necessary here. The actual design itself isn't minimal at all, merely the renders so its a bit clashing for me. But clearly some people really like that juxtaposition so good job man :)

There's nothing wrong with it but it doesn't strengthen a design in every circumstance- if the layout was one that called for less detail on the art then it would have been fine. Taking away the shadowing from the renders didn't really add anything for me on this one though.
