If you are using Photoshop then you just simply skew the images on an angle. Make the spine and front two separate images so you can adjust them individually on whatever kind of angel you would like.
Press CTR + T and then when you get the corners, hold CTR and left click on a corner to move just that specific corner to an angle. Rinse and repeat with other corners.
