Killzone. I really love this game and was really surprised when there was a FPS round in summer comp. I knew what game i would pick. This took a lot of time, probably because i had no spare time to finish it. Had only 1-2 hours per day because of work. As you can see, it is heavyly edited, just like i love. Hope you like it.
And so, here it is, the full version of my VGBA summer competition round 1 entry.
I really like the design and color palette you used. My only minor nitpick is the summary text on the back can be a bit difficult to read. You may want to increase the leading. Again, great job. (b^^)b
#10, killzone is a nice game. Nice gameplay, story that is somehow reminds me of WWI and WWII. Alternate history setting, level designs are different (winter, jungle, urban jungle, vally etc). One of rare FPS on PS2 that actually own. The others are Timesplitters, Black and...thats all, i think ). But yes, sometimes there are some bugs, but nothing is perfect, righT?
#11, good gameplay, how exactly, the controls are bad, level designs aren't much different, i've seen those designs many times before. I mean, if you like it, hey, that's your opinion...
#13 the controls aren't ok, you have to hold down the R3 stick to sprint, that hurts your hands, you can't even use a sniper rifle properly, the crosshair has a mind of its own. different landscapes and weather, pretty much nearly every game has that. games from pre-2000 had that.
Oh yeaaa, like you have to use a sniper rifle very often?
Not every game has a good, various design. sometimes its just one, nicely designed city, that gets boring after 5 minutes, sometimes there are a lot of different locations (forests, jungle, cities), but they are soo poorly desigted. But in killzone everything is OK. a good variety and an OK design.

really nice the text on th eback is a bit hard to read but I'm sure it is better on a real paper :P so 5/5 and good works as ever... keep it up !!

the controls are ok, just like in any other PS2 FPS. Design of leves varies during the game, there are different landscapes, weather, locations.
