i think its alright, yeah decent of course, the cutting of the logo looks bad though.

It is rather decent as others have said.
Future advice: Cut the logo carefully, don't use a detailed background for the box and make sure the font style is crisp/smooth/sharp and never normal (because it looks pixelated, as in the back).
