This is my favorite box I've made so far. I love how the front came out when i cut out his head to paste it over the logo and the way the black and white, color mix came together. Most of the template was made by me and there was a lot of work done to the back to get it to look official with the bar code and everything. i ever added the NTSC.

Fantastic job, I only feel that you should add a slight drop shadow to the text on the back cover,as its slightly obscured by the Big daddy's drill tip.
Awesome, nice to see my 2K logo at use - awesome made template, awesome everything. The back is amazing - looks official. I also a appreciate the fact that this art hasn't been used - and I like the very faint diagonal scan lines on the front. seriously - it looks real, without a doubt, your best box and HoF worthy.
I didn't think it needed the live logo because you cant play it online. I fixed it and i will post version 2 after i know there isn't anymore mistakes.
So don't comment that its missing the Xbox live logo. I fixed it and will update it soon.

Don't forget just because it made it in the HoF doesn't mean you have to stop commenting and fav'ing it. I like to see a new comment from time to time just like everyone else so spend that extra min to look at your friends pages and see if they have a older box you like. We all love comments.
This template took me forever to make and took a lot of effort to make it look so nice. I typed up all the info on the back of the template and got all the text squared and cut out all those logos and this template IS NOT GOING TO BE GIVEN OUT! I think that half the work in the box is in the template so i am not going to give it to you. I would like to see you make your own. Stealing this template would be a very immature thing to do and you would be there for a thief and i will rag the hell out of your box until i get banned for it because if you steal templates when people wont give them out, that should be against the rules. I wouldn't steal this template unless you want like 20 bad comments on your box.
Fixed the ESRB and hope it looks good now. Thanks ELCrazy and everyone else for the comments and I hope to see more comments on this box with its new template =]
