So, to begin, download gimp or photoshop for better results. I saw that you can cut out logos, that's a good point for a beginner but you should make them smaller (here). Use the official GoW logo (with the red head) and make a better background cause the fire doesn't fit the box.

May i say #1 it is a font.. you can tell, i have never seen a gears of war logo with that amount of detail cut out in paint. Good first attempt, welcome to the site and enjoy!
