... It doesn't look like the worst box I've ever seen but it clearly shows no effort do to the fact that you just slapped a logo and a picture on a blank template. You didn't even have to cut anything out! Sorry, I know it's your first but you need to improve:
Add a background.
Add a back.
That's basically it. I hope this helps you in the future, but for now, 3/5.

I "slapped" a picture on a blank template? Yes, I used a Ubi image as a base, but there was a bit of work that was built on top of it. You've see a picture like this before?
Although, I appreciate the fact that you think it looks authentic enough to be done by UbiSoft. Haha.
As for the cutting issue, you don't always need to cut things out. In this case, for the type of image I was shooting for, there's no need to cut anything out. And if your definition of work is based upon whether or not that person used a selection/erase tool, I suggest you learn a bit more about graphics design. I typically don't use graphics made by other people, but I made an exception for once, so I tried my best to rely on my work, not Ubi's. Hence, no cutting from other images. ;)

#3, I know, I'm just suggesting that you should add a background. It looks much better. Also, I didn't say the box was bad, it's a good first.
