the front is just empty. you need to put stuff on your covers..like a title? the batman symbol doesnt mean a logo, cuz that doesnt show what the game is if you dont know what that symbol is for. perhaps a picture of batman too?
ive said this before..post stuff in the forums to get help on it. do you feel this is a complete box and could be seen on a store shelf?

Ok I updated it
Added title.
I wanted to keep the Front cover the same because I like Dark Eerie(Sp?) Feelings with a trashed joker card on it. I mean, to me thats Batman. xD

but you can barely see that it's a joker card..
and for your back, you need to make some better borders and blend your images in better. and what is your background supposed to be? maybe change it to something that works better with your images..

UHhh and you messed up the back. Its suppose to say When darkness falls the Knight will rise. Not "When the night falls the shadows will rise"
