apart from the temp, and logos.
(credit for the temp and logos to... well i cant remember his name but hes got a stickied thread and his name is Koopa something... sorry i couldnt remember your name mate... ^^)
#4, it doesnt matter if they used a wallpaper or it didnt take as much effort to make. The point is to make the box look good and official and legit, alot of work or not.
